Guidelines for speakers

With few exceptions 20 minutes have been scheduled for each speaker. After accounting for introduction by the session chairman and a brief discussion, we assume that each presentation should take no more than 12 to 15 minutes. Each speaker will have the conference projector and computer with MS Power Point software at his disposal. However, please, do not wait with uploading your presentation till the very last moment. In view of the simultaneous interpretation, please, speak clearly to the mike.
